The main concept of the project is creating the dominant and center of attraction in the master plan. "Brovka" penetrates the entire city's skeleton and leads to the most sacred places of the Arzamas city. The city's redesigned project will be ends with a new "tourists center". Connecting the left edge of the city, where the railway station is located, and the right edge, where the "pilgrimage center" is being designed. This concept doesn't iclude elements of improvement of public spaces. But the whole road will be saturated with small architectural forms, plantings and landscape design. The pilgrimage center consists of the main church and the cell, where guests of the city can stay overnight and enjoy of the new city's center.​​​​​​​

The section of the city demonstrates the "profile" of the city and its expressiveness.

A new town-planning structure was developed: dendroplan, pedestrian zones (alleys and boulevards) and the road system for cars was changed.

The pilgrimage center is the new dominant of the city, in which all tourists and pilgrims of the city can arrive.
